After nine weeks of regular season competition, the League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) has announced the winners of the LCK Summer 2022 Awards, which were determined by the votes of 40 officials.

While T1 reigned supreme in LCK Spring, Summer was all about Gen.G. The Tiger Nation team finished the regular season in first place with a near-perfect 17-1 record. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, with four Gen.G players being selected for the All-LCK first team.

Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk also achieved a Triple Crown, winning the All-LCK first team, Player of the Split, and regular season MVP awards. The Gen.G bot laner earned a total of KR₩9 million (US$6,800) from these LCK Summer 2022 awards alone.

Here are the winners of the LCK Summer 2022 Awards, including the All-LCK teams, Player of the Split, regular season MVP, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year.

Sharing the top spot of the Player of the Game standings with 1,200 points, Gen.G Ruler and LSB Prince are both selected for the Player of the Split award.

Ruler gets selected as the split’s regular season MVP with 21 first place votes. The Gen.G superstar clocked in a 7.6 KDA with 213 kills and 190 assists by the end of the Summer season.

Go “Score” Dong-bin secures one more award for Gen.G as Coach of the Year. In his first year of coaching, Score led the LCK team to a dominant 17-1 record in Summer, with 14 of the wins being 2-0 victories.

KT Rolster’s Lee “VicLa” Dae-kwang is selected for Rookie of the Year at the LCK Summer 2022 Awards.

The rookie mid laner played a crucial role in securing KT Rolster’s first LCK playoffs appearance in five splits.
