The League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) has already locked in its first two representatives for Worlds 2022.

Playoffs finalists Gen.G and T1 have the most championship points in the LCK, and have qualified for the international tournament. The LCK Summer 2022 grand final will determine their seeding in the Group Stage.

There’s still hope for squads like DWG KIA and DRX to make it to the global stage. Following the Summer playoffs, the final four top-performing teams will have one last chance to qualify for Worlds 2022 through the LCK Regional Qualifiers 2022.

Here’s everything you need to know about the LCK Regional Qualifiers 2022, including its schedule, format, teams, and where you can watch the matches live.

The LCK Regional Qualifiers 2022 will be held to determine the region’s last two representatives at Worlds 2022.

The top four teams with the most championship points — except for teams that already qualified for Worlds — will participate in the LCK Regional Qualifiers. Their seeding is also based on championship points.

The Regional Finals feature a waterfall bracket with best-of-five matches. In the first round, the first seed faces the second seed, and the third seed plays the fourth seed. The match between the first and second seeds is a Worlds qualification match, with the winner qualifying for the Group Stage.

The losing team will then proceed to Round 2, where they’ll face the winner of the other Round 1 match. The team who secures the Round 2 victory qualifies for the Worlds 2022 Play-In Stage.
