Getting more Rare Skin Fragments


After the recent update where Starlight's Ul is revamped, players can't exchange their Starlight Fragments to get more Rare Fragments resulting to them being unable to get those exchangeable Starlight skins in Fragment Shop.


But there is still some hope &gt; check the pictures for details☕
