part ways with RAMZES666 after falling short at TI11 LCQ

Eastern European (EEU) powerhouse, announced that it is parting ways with carry player, Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev. The organization stated that RAMZES666’s contract lasts until the end of TI11 and because the team failed to qualify for the event through the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ), they had a mutual separation.

The official blog post revealed that VP was initially searching for a carry player with experience and RAMZES666 was there to help them. Despite a strong Tour 3 performance, couldn’t make it to TI11.

RAMZES666 is a well-known CIS prodigy who has 5 Major wins under his belt. He achieved this incredible feat together with but this time around, he will depart the team to explore other opportunities.

There is probably nothing more upsetting than being a step away from TI11 and not making it. Well, has been in that situation 4 times.

Back during the PGL Arlington Major, celebrated its direct invite to TI11 as they have accumulated enough DPC points. But it turned out that Valve was using a different method to calculate the DPC points and the invite went to Fnatic instead.

Flash forward to the EEU TI11 qualifier, The team, once again, was on the brink to qualify for the event. But right at the Grand Final against BetBoom Team, they fell short. But it is not over as they had another chance through the LCQ. But the coveted TI11 slot slipped away from their grasp after losing in the LCQ Upper Bracket and again in the Lower Bracket.
