About Arts

For most people drawing is the simplest form of art that ever existed in a long time, but how long must be put into the drawing to be called art?

For me I can copy draw something within 30 minutes and it still looks as good as my friend's drawing that took him nearly 2 hours.

Is it the effort that counts to be an art? For is it the results yield as the actual art?
