League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) teams stole the show at this year’s 2022 League of Legends Worlds Championship, as three of the four representatives, Gen.G, DRX, and T1, advanced to the semifinals.

In the all-Korean grand finals, DRX defeated T1 3-2 in a thrilling series that went the distance.

Despite DRX’s incredible run, this may be the last time these reigning champions will be seen together as the five core members, DRX’s support, Cho “BeryL” Geon-hee, ADC Kim “Deft” Hyuk-kyu, top laner Hwang “Kingen” Seong-hoon, jungler Hong “Pyosik” Chang-hyeon, mid laner Kim “Zeka” Geon-woo, and the head coach Kim “SSONG” Sang-soo are now free agents.

T1’s superstar mid laner Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, has also entered into free agency.

However, these aren’t the only big names who will be available as free agents this year, and we’ve consolidated the full list below.

LCK’s 2022 Summer Split champions, Gen.G, decided to part ways mutually and declined their ADC Park “Ruler” Jae-hyuk’s option, which was requested by the player. Gen.G’s jungler, Han “Peanut” Wang-ho, has been re-signed for the 2023 season.

DWG KIA had released their top laners Jang “Nuguri” Ha-gwon and Noh “Burdol” Tae-yoon, head coach Yang “Daeny” Dae-in, assistant coach Lee “Zefa” Jae-min, and their Athletic Director, Kim “kkOma” Jeong-gyun earlier in November.

Fredit BRION, who finished in 9th place during the 2022 Summer Split, had parted ways with Choi “Sw0rd” Seong-won, Park “Morgan” Gi-tae, Kim “Lava” Tae-hoon, and Yoo “Delight” Hwan-joong as well.
