6 matchdays of the Group Stage (League) has ended for the ESL Snapdragon Mobile Challenge (ESL SMC), and with that we have our first 6 teams that will be moving on into the Challenge Grand Finals to be held in Jakarta in February 2023! Let's check out who has qualified as well as the Overall Standings 👀

Congratulations to 🇹🇭 Nigma Galaxy, 🇹🇭 EArena, 🇹🇭 EVOS Phoenix, 🇮🇩 SES Alfaink, 🇹🇭 AAA and 🇮🇩 EVOS Divine for successfully claiming the first 6 spots to Jakarta! 4 Thailand and 2 Indonesia representatives, these two regions have indeed shown amazing performances throughout the year 🔥

These are the final results after 36 matches were played and each team have played 24 matches. Nigma Galaxy were able to overtake EArena in the last match, finishing with 395 points 😲 They are only 9 points ahead of EVOS-P in 3rd place whereas SES in 4th are 107 points behind EVOS-P 🥵

So far, none of the Malaysian teams have booked their tickets to Jakarta, but they will have a high chance to qualify in the Group Stage (Play-ins) within the next 2 weeks. The 12 teams will be starting the Play-ins stage with points halved of the League as follows;

🇲🇾 SEM9 will have the biggest advantage as they will be starting with 1.5 points ahead of 🇻🇳 VGM. Since 6 teams will be getting the final spots to Jakarta, it would seem 3 Malaysian teams will have that big chance based on starting points.

The Group Stage - Play-ins will be held from Dec 12th - 22nd, 2022; another 6 matchdays worth 36 matches will determine the final 6 teams! We hope all of the Malaysian teams will be able to finish in the Top 6 🔥
