Updated! Tier List for Midlaner

Here is my Updated Tier List for Midlaner based on current patch, meta and newcome hero Joy.

1. Rotation
2. How fast they clear the wave
3. Power spike
4. Damage and cooldown
5. Utility and Function
6. Late game

so it will be split into 5 group.

S. Most OP and strong meta pick.
A. Mostly can solo kill, counter initate war or combo.
B. Based on how much nerf and function they have.
C. Not quite always used in midlane but still strong.
D. Will having a very hard time and risk lose lane and worst, lose the game.
